This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c)." Representative Munoz moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered, and the new title follows: SENATE BILL NO. 1(efd add H) "An Act establishing May 10 of each year as Alaska Mining Day; and providing for an effective date." (technical title change) 2013-04-06 House Journal Page 0943 Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 1(efd add H) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage.
